We work with your architect or can refer you to one we trust. From there we manage all permits, engineering, trades and construction through to handover.

Structural Building Works

Opening up your home can completely change how it feels to live in. JSG Renovations carries out structural alterations safely, correctly, and with all the right documentation behind them.

Wall removals, load-bearing beam installations, roof structure changes, layout reconfigurations — these are not jobs to hand to a handyman. As a registered builder, we coordinate the engineering certifications, manage the permits, and supervise every stage of the structural work on site.

Bathroom & Renovations

A well-built bathroom adds genuine value to your home and makes every day a little better. JSG Renovations delivers bathrooms that are built properly behind the walls, not just finished nicely on the surface.

Full waterproofing, correct falls to drainage, quality fixtures and premium tiling are the baseline. From there we work with your selections to create a space that suits your home and your taste, whether that’s a clean minimalist ensuite or a full luxury retreat with a freestanding bath and heated floors.

We manage all trades including plumbing and electrical, so you don’t need to coordinate anything yourself.

Kitchen & Butler’s Pantry

The kitchen is the heart of the home, and it deserves to be done properly. JSG Renovations builds kitchens that are as functional as they are good looking. We work with your cabinetmaker or can recommend trusted suppliers, and we manage the full installation including plumbing, electrical, tiling, stone and appliance fit-off.

Butler’s pantries are something we build a lot of. Hidden from the main kitchen, they give you the storage and prep space that modern cooking actually requires.

Every kitchen we build is planned to live well, not just look good on a render.

Painting & Interior Finishing

The finishing stage is where a renovation either comes together or falls short. JSG Renovations treats painting and interior finishing as a craft, not an afterthought.

We use professional painters who prepare surfaces properly before a single drop of paint goes on. Skirting boards and architraves are installed with tight joins and crisp lines. Door hardware is fitted with care. Every room is checked before it’s handed over.
